High Value Capital Group LLC (“HVCG,” “we,” “us”) operates the 360 Growth Solution product and this website at 360growthsolution.com. 360 Growth Solution is a marketing technology and growth-intelligence platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, protect, retain, and delete information, including information obtained through Google OAuth when an authorized customer connects a Google Ads account.

2. Scope

This policy covers the public website, product application, and Google integrations used to provide 360 Growth Solution. It does not cover Google’s own products. Google has independent privacy policies.

3. Information you provide

When you request a demo or otherwise contact us, we collect business contact details such as name, business email, phone, company, company website, marketing challenge, and message, plus technical attribution (page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, and click identifiers when present). Demo inquiries are HVCG sales leads stored in the HVCG Atlas CRM.

4. Google OAuth and Google Ads information

If an authorized customer connects Google Ads, Google’s OAuth consent screen asks that person to grant access. After authorization we may access Google Ads account and campaign information needed to perform the approved functions: Search campaign creation, campaign management, and reporting — subject to Google API access status, product flags, and human approval controls.

Access: only after explicit OAuth consent by an authorized owner or manager of the Google Ads account.
Use: solely to provide the advertising management, reporting, attribution, budget-control, and related 360 functions the customer requested. We do not use Google user data to build unrelated advertising profiles, and we do not sell Google user data.
Storage: OAuth client secrets and tokens are stored in an approved secret store (Azure Key Vault in hosted environments). Application databases store credential references and non-secret metadata, not token plaintext.
Sharing: we do not sell this information. We may share it with infrastructure processors (hosting, logging, secret storage) under contract, or when required by law. Processors are not authorized to use Google user data for their own products.
Security: TLS in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, audit logs, and emergency-pause / fail-closed flags. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
Retention: tokens are kept only while a connection remains authorized or as needed for secure revocation and legal retention. Operational logs and account records are kept as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations.
Deletion requests: email manny@highvaluecapitalgroup.com. We will respond subject to legal retention and security needs.
Revocation: customers may disconnect in the product when that control is enabled and may revoke access in Google Account permissions. After revocation, refresh attempts fail closed.

5. Healthcare customers and Google Ads

The Google Ads integration is designed so patient clinical information and PHI are not intentionally transmitted to Google Ads. Conversion payloads are limited to non-clinical marketing identifiers such as click IDs and timestamps after classification. We do not claim HIPAA certification. Do not submit patient or clinical information through this public website.

6. Cookies and analytics

This public site uses only the cookies or local storage needed to operate the inquiry form (for example idempotency keys) and to remember first-touch attribution in the browser. We do not load duplicate marketing analytics scripts on these pages.

7. Children

The service is for businesses. It is not directed to children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may receive additional notice.
